Because all our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll happily issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue.

Unfortunately, we can't offer size exchanges. Be sure to check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll help!

Sometimes items may arrive in separate packages if they’re printed at different facilities. Don’t worry — they’re on the way!

We use high-quality materials — soft, comfortable cotton for apparel and premium paper for wall prints. All items are printed to order using eco-conscious processes.

We partner with Gelato to produce items close to where you are. Your order will usually be printed and shipped from the nearest production centre, helping reduce delivery times and our environmental impact.

We don’t offer full custom orders right now — but we’re always open to ideas. If you’ve got a phrase or design idea that feels very “us,” send it on. We might just use it!
